I'm also excited about what Huw Collingbourne and Dermot Hogan are cooking up with Ruby In Steel. I already own VS.NET 2005, so purchasing a plugin isn't a big deal.
I hope the price point is reasonable as "Cylon" looks to be exactly what is needed for proper debugging of Rails apps. Competition is heating up in the DevTools space for dynamic languages...this only means good things for us Code Monkeys.
